A study on Facebook and Stress Coping among young adults in Hong Kong

 

INVITATION

You are invited to take part in a research study on a research about Stress Coping. I am a master student who is studying at the City University of Hong Kong. The project has been approved by the Research Committee of City University of Hong Kong.

 

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

This project is aimed to examine the effect of online social support on stress coping.

 

PROCEDURE

In this study, you will be asked to answer all questions in a questionnaire. Please mark your answer in the box provided. The study typically takes 20 minutes.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

The data will be stored and recorded anonymously. The information obtained in the study will be used for research purposes only. The data will only be available to the researchers of this research project.

 

DATA RETENTION

The data will be kept 6 months after the submission of the research report. All the data will be deleted after that.

 

PARTICIPATION AND WITHDRAWAL

You are free to stop taking part at any time, without any reasons, and your responses will be destroyed. You have the right to ask that any data you have supplied to that point be withdrawn or destroyed.
