I am an MSc Marketing student from University of Brighton. The aim of this questionnaire is to find out consumers’ attitude toward the selection of engine oil by comparing the country-of-origin image, brand positioning and distribution channel, and then to discover which of these factors most affect consumers’ decision to purchase a particular brand of oil.
